1. IN-PRINCIPAL APPROVAL (IPA).
2. Employer's Information.
3. Require Date for the Insurance / effective date.
4. Payment (mostly email updates, sms, what app).
5. For Urgent Cases, we can try to upload within 24 hours.
6. Submission time, Monday to Friday, 6am to 5pm.
7. Sumission time on Saturday, 6am to 11.45am.
8. Normally it takes 24 hours to 5 working days for upload.
9. Tax Invoice, Policy and Policy Coverage Jacket via email.
10. Refunds listed on the Policy Jacket (schedule)..
